Rule of Thirds
This is a picture of a softball. It shows rule of thirds well because that the ball isn't just centered in the picture it's off to the side, making the picture look more interesting than just to be in the center.
Filter Self Critique
- I think this is most successful because it looks like real painting, but it started off as just a regular picture.
- The only thing I wish I could change is that if the sky could be just a little lighter. It kind of looks dark.
- The most enjoyable part was that doing the filter part is pretty easy, but it also makes the pictures look really cool.
- The most challenging would be to move the little bars to get it to look exactly how you want it.
- Yes, I will probably use filters in the future if I ever find a necessary situation.
- I feel like I have pretty good digital art skills, but I can definitely get better. I'm just a beginner.

#filters
I chose mosaic on this picture. I lightened the grout and made the tile size smaller.
I chose cut out on this picture. I made it so there were more levels, and the edge less simple.
Popart Critique
In the one where the dog is on the beach I like who the color isn't all over the whole dog. It's more in like where the shady spots would be on it's fur. I also like the difference between the ocean and the beach color.

Andy Warhol
He was a successful magazine illustrator who became really big in 1960's popart. He also did other art such as performing art, filmmaking, video installations and writing. When Warhol was 8 he was diagnosed with Chorea, a fatal disease of the nervous system. His mother was an artist, and after he was diagnosed was when she fist gave him an art lesson. At age 9 he took up photography. He ended up graduating from college with a fine arts degree and going to New York to become a commercial artist.
He got a job with Glamor magazine and quickly became successful in commercial art. He got a bunch of awards because of his originality. In 1962 he had his most popular piece which was the soup cans. In 1964 Warhol opened his own art studio called 'The Factory.' Later Warhol became more interested in book writing, sculpting and photography.

Top 'Ten'
I chose this one to show rule of thirds because the subject of the picture isn't just in the middle of the image.
I chose motion blur because
I picked this photo for high depth because I like softball, and because it looks cool. Although, ou can tell it was set up because that glove is new... like it hasn't been used at all. So it probably isn't a real setting.
I picked this photo for silhouette because I would totally do this, it describes my personality kind of.
I picked this for selective color because the best part is that the house is on a really calm lake so you can see the reflection perfectly so you can see it in black and white but also in full color.
